This Spring, unleash your child's inner explorer at Kalexedy's exciting April Vacation Session! We offer a diverse range of engaging programs where creativity meets learning for kids 8-14 years old. From zombies and game theory to art, science experiments, and outdoor adventures, every day is packed with hands-on activities that will spark imagination and foster a love of discovery.

Balanced Engagement: Everyone will have the opportunity to participate in our planned activities, along with ample time to play outdoors (as weather allows), eat lunch, and self-choice time.
Hours
Sessions are Monday through Friday,
8:30am to 3:30pm
Drop-off is 8:30 to 9:00am daily
Pick-up is 3:00 to 3:30pm daily
Late pickup will incur a $25/day charge
Extended Day available to keep the fun going from 3:30pm to 6:00pm ($100/week).
Rates
Pricing is for the week. We do not offer individual day or partial week registration.
First Child - $300 per week
Automatic 10% discount for additional children in the same household
Extended Day til 6pm - $100 per week
Important Dates
March 26th - Registration opens
April 11th - Final payments due in full (if not already paid)
April 14th - Waitlist notification (if space available)
April 21st - April Vacation Session Starts

Can my child have a cell phone?
Yes, but we ask they be for emergencies or free time only. Use outside of this will get a request to put it away. Parents will be notified of continued use. This will be considered a violation of behavior and could result in cancellation of enrollment.
What if we need to miss a day, arrive late, or leave early?
We know life sometimes happens. If you won't be that at the expected time, please email info@kalexedylearning.com and let us know.
What is the refund policy?
We will process a full refund, minus registration deposit, before April 11th. After April 11th, we can give you credit for an alternative 2025 enrollment or a refund if we are able to fill your slot. Please email info@kalexedylearning.com to submit refund or change request. If we cancel a session, you will be issued a full refund and priority registration for the replacement session.
